Designing games is a challenge. Unless you get a simpler version of a game maker than flash, it will be difficult. There are all types of things you have to input into the system, including art, collisions, variables, and the works. Not too easy. But to begin try looking for game maker on google, and there should be a selection of drag and drop or easy game design tools. Just download one of em and start designing. Good luck.
