Go to the room with the statue and walk up to the wide windows and where you see the moon in the window press the spacebar on it and you get a skillpoint.
Ok, from the starting room with the two old guys, go up, right, up, left, up, and then left. Talk to the guy on the floor to get "Mendo's Ring". Go left and walk over to the window, so that you are standing by the moon. Press spacebar and you will get a free skillpoint.
