I believe he has been working with RPGs and graphics for nearly a quarter of a century. But there is also an Andy Law author, I think. But I could be wrong.

You are wrong!Andy Law is a 17 year old japanese boy who has problems with spelling english.he is the creator of the crazy flasher series.he made his first flash in 2004,called "team PBK".

I'll be shocked if anyone else has heard of him.
