The aim of the game is to go from planet to planet doing all the challenges and puzzles. Each planet has a unique goal which are: Pink (Gravida): The planet is in a similar shape to the beast. Enter the 'mouth' to get ot the 'core'. Then lick the floating crystals without falling and landing on the 'core'. Dark blue (Malaisus):Eating the 9 worm-like fish. Not the big one or the little background ones.
Yellow (Bibulon): Stand on the 4 low-orbit moons and send them crashing into the big planet.Ignore the 2 high-orbits moons.
Green (Debrasa): Spin around the little moons that emit the green glow onto the planet. Only 1 moon thing will appear at a time.
Blue (Earth): Complete the other puzzles.
After completing the planets, an extra instrument will play in the background and the coloured marker which guides you to the planet will disappear.
aether is a superb game it really is, and i can compare it to many of my own childhood memories (only 15 looking back at 8) alieniced and secluded by the others, and i really see the games point. at an artistic view, i see it as a lovely way of explaining a lonely boys way of making imaginary friends, letting so much go of the world that he slips into space. i see it as a symbol of alienicing when he looses touch with the world, leaving him no return(insanity?) but as you see, the review are pretty slight, and i think i know why. there are several reasons why: i think that people stamp it boring in the comments for a simple reason: its too hard to figure it out! is that possible?!? yes as a matter of fact it is. some people dont give it enough time or practically no time). therefore it may be a good idea to leave some hints on the beasts that talks. thats what i think is missing. you should get to some action from the start if you wanna attract people, but gamers who like the classy art style still loves it.
thats my opinion of the game. i hope its constructive and helpfull for the developers, should you read it^^
This game is fantastic and I have already beaten it. I think it's much better beating it on your own 'cause it's an art game and not just a game with levels or something!
