I happen to be a Christian in a 50/50 Christian-Muslim city here in Mindanao, Philippines...so far, no religious war has happened...yet! Situation is pretty tense here especially that the government refused to give back ancestral lands of the Muslims now mostly populated and progressed by Christians...
we already do just look at us we both have the same religion almost 1 God and just go to religion class and look in your book but wait I have religion you do not so you can't
Since Muslims think The United States is "The Great Satan" then I'll go with no, we won't get along. And I guess since the US is fairly well associated with Christianity... I hope I'm wrong, and someday peace can be found between both sides.
Get your facts straight. Just because there are a few bad Muslim people that doesn't mean they represent the entire religion of Islam. Every group of people in the world has some bad people in it. How would you feel if your group was insulted because of what a few people did?
I believe that Americans are bad. They have sex before marriage! In my religion if u do that you go to hell! Also,they eat pig,which in my religion is horrible! They believe that Jesus is god's son when he's not! Muslims believe in Jesus... It's just that we don't believe that Jesus is god's son!
well it is much more complicated than that. There are historic social economic and military reasons for the general anti islamic feeling in the west. 911 just intensified them.

I dont think that most true christains dnt like them. One of the main concepts at the heart of christianity is tolerancewhich should be given to all. Even though you may disagree on a religious level there is no need to clash about it.
There wont really be peace between these two since they both have a long history that takes place long ago alout in the middle ages with the crusaders and besides alout of those... prist and curchs are a little...out of place.
All the fighting doesn't make any sense. Sure there is history all around, where one religion has wronged another, but it's time to stop this . It's an endless circle of wrongdoing then retribution. If we let the past go, and say we are all square without keeping a tally of the past, then progress might happen.
Christianity and Islam have very similar roots. Don't quote me but doesn't Islam say that Abraham and Jesus were all Prophets from the Same God from all three religions. You can say we worship a different God, but it's the same one, and we all use The Old Testament at some point.
Christianity, Judaism, and Islam are cousin religions, and we need to start acting like it.
