I think that people with abbreviations in their names and misspelled words can't become a mod. But I still don't know what a "Strop" is. =D Maybe it is his name...

I think Mr Freeze here means overall. Their is Asherlee , Ubertuna DragonMistress but that's 3 out of at least 10 staff? It's because it seems more professional. Do you think VampireX29487Z looks professional compared to..... Thomas.

Firetail, that's essentially what we're saying here. I bet if Ubertuna and DragonMistress were instead uber tuna and dragon mistress, they wouldn't be mods.

I doubt it's a requirement. People who put emphasis on having a good name are probably more mature overall. Thus, they became mods.

With the exception of many people, that is. Many people with numbers in their names are very mature. People with words like &quotwn" and "xoxo" won't get picked.

That would be discriminatory against long named people than and AG could be sued if it was required

Capitilization probably won't matter but the name does make more sense.
