Halo 3 is scarier than both of them, because it has all those scary little kids yelling at microphone.

if they ever make a doom 4 it will be insanely scairy. In the 3rd there was zombies and everything was dark so they would make you jump and theyre horrible graphics! Imagne graphics that look real!

scary games that i like:

Condemned 2, which isnt like chock on chock on chock, but creepy, good at making the mood.
F.E.A.R, which gave me taste for the genre. it was just bloody.
havnt played D3 yet, may on day

im very excited about Deadspace and hope its gonna be good.
also looking forward to brothers in arms, which should have a pair of horror elements, yet very few.

Res 4 is suprising not scary but just unexpected.

i don't think either are scary.

Well...none of them are scary,just that they make you jolt and surprise you when you less expect it.But the most "jolty" game i have ever played has to be
Silent Hill:The Room(even though i LOVE RE Games!).

Silent Hill, because Resident Evil 4 isn't scary, really. Sure it has moments when it makes you jump, but that's it.

well, there is some disturbing stuff...like i had nightmares where my parents' heads exploded and the tentacles came out (i was like 10)

So i would say RE4...but it was SO worth it. i love that game.

I'd go for Resident Evil!!!

resident evil 4 isn't scary at all. resident evil one or zero are scary but not 4.
