At first, just seeing the title, I was going to say The Killers, hands down, but then realizing you were referring to a specific song...

I have not heard the Fallout Boy version. I'll have to youtube it and get back to you.

There was also a Jaques "something" remix of Mr. Brightside on the newest CD, Sawdust (which virtually only contained remixes, which is alright, but not fantastic). It was in piano only, and relatively easy to learn, and sounded pretty alright.
