9/11 is coming up and I want to know how many people actually think about it or get sad about it when it comes up. Personally, I don't, and just because I said I don't doesn't mean I am some terrorist guy or anything I just usually don't think about it.

P.S. Has anyone ever noticed 9/11 is just like 911 the # 4 the police?

sure tell the stories, I see your point, but I still don't see anything wrong with remembering 9/11

There's nothing wrong with remembering 9/11, but I feel like, at some point, we must move on. I mean, more than 60 years later, we all still remember Hitler. Is it a bad thing? No. But we must try to forget the bad things that have happened and just move on.

Alright the guy in B.C brought a whole bunch of hookers back to his house. He then killed them and slaughtered them. He then sliced up the bodies and fed him to his pigs. Then later butchering the pigs and sending them out through out canada and u.s.a. By the time they caught him it had been sent out... so if u have ever heard the term hooker bacon, thats where it came from.
The guy from Ontario just killed teenage boys and cooked there bodies and ate them. Another Texas the Chainsaw massacre kinda story lol

We shouldn't forget bad things, we should learn from our mistakes, not necessarily grieve, just reflect.

one life vs 3000

It was way more than that o_o

And I remember 9/11, I was too young to understand it then, but now I do. I find it horrible that a lot of people don't care about 911, especially a lot of Americans. I heard a girl in my Biology class today say she didn't care about 911 because she was not patriotic.
Patriotism doesn't have to do with this anymore. I mourn for the fact that those people didn't deserve to die. Sure, you can hate America and wish it was destroyed or something, but all those people didn't really have anything to do with what their government does, that's a whole seperate lot of people.
It's saddening when people cheer for the deaths at 911, America is one thing, the people, who merely just live here and live their lives, is another. But then again we're all humans, so I guess that explains the joy 911 brings to a bunch of people.

But we must try to forget the bad things that have happened and just move on.

How about just move on? If you forget about the bad things, you won't be prepared for the next time it happens, which I hope it won't but you never know.

well rlly ppl are kinda annoyed by the fact of how much it has constantly dragged on. I find it kinda Ironic that America the land that nothing could ever have happen to gets attacked. And isn't it supposidly that the government itself planned this attack? I mean it was supposed to be a ship that flew into a different building right? No wings were found in the debree. Or anywhere else in that matter... Kinda find it hypocrytical for the government to go on when they were the cause

A rumor by the people? And ships....they don't go on land I mean I don't see a giant robot that picks up ships and throws them places or anything else that can do that...

Also haven't you seen the videos of the attack? It was all a conspiracy because people need to make things more mysterious and 'no it wasn't a plane it was Superman' has to be in there somewhere....

When someone blows up half the world because they don't like that half, we'll all move on next time and nobody will ever care about those people who died innocently again since it's so annoying =)

nonconformist, you are telling stories of sick stories, but 9/11 isn't about the method of murder, it's just that there were so many innoccents

And btw ships can mean aircrafts and other stuff like that.. A ship is a vessel that carries people in it. Either way i understand cuz i had someone die in that too. So don't go on about how i dont know anything....
Its been frickin 7 years since the attack. I got over it. Im pretty sure u can as well. You probably didn't have anyone who died in it did you. You know some people would rather put what happened behind them then be reminded by some stupid post on a games sight.... I dont mind the yearly singing in respect.. But rlly, is the respecting those that dies by putting something like this on a games sight? Its quite offensive to be honest.

well, that I agree with you on, this thread is offensive, but not the moment of silence one, also, getting over 9/11 doesn't mean you shouldn't remember

Okay??? Who said anything about that, don't get mad because he told you that story was wrong o_o Just a friendly discussion XD

No, I didn't need to, when the attack hit we were still affected, my father was put onto the Reagen early and sent off for a year, two weeks after he'd been gone for a year already.
As for the posting on the games sight....you don't have to click on the topic, or the forum since this forum is called 'World Events' and other stuff like that. It's sorta and event for people, around the world or not.

And guy, the person who created this thread just tried to run in the bandwagon. Its kinda annoying. As you have noticed I haven't put any posts on the silence for 9/11 that one is kinda respectful... I dont like remembering the way they died, i like to remember what they did during there life...

true, but if your writing about 9/11, you shouldn't write"so how do you feel about 9/11?" like some therapist
