Competition Rules 1. Must be hand drawn, either on paper or in a program. It can then be manipulated in an graphics program. But unoriginal artwork cannot be used as the main focus. Copyrighted images cannot be used. All pieces containing copyrighted images will be disqualified. 2. Submissions must follow the current theme that has been chosen by a moderator for that week. If you submit more than one piece, please clarify which one you would like to be judged. 3. If your image is larger than 600 pixels wide, please provide a link to the image instead of posting it in the forum. Otherwise, the image will be cut off. 4. Artists cannot win in subsequent weeks. You can still submit, but if you won the week before, you cannot get first place again the next week. 5. After the deadline, a moderator will pick the winner, and they will be awarded a 25 AP award.

did you ever consider just making it all one long image? Thats what I do now when I enter comic strips to this contest. I would think that the more images the more copying and pasting that would be required and there are more chances to screw up on the BB code while posting it, for either you or the current judge, so even if it is allowed I personally would not suggest it and instead suggest that if you want to make a comic strip to make an image that is long and edit the canvas size along the way to fit the size you need for the entry.

You can do whatever you like, as long as I do not have to c/p 40 links for the 40 pages. If you make just one page, I think it will be fine.
Can I just do the beginning since I dont think ill enter the end.
I think Cenere meant this to be an "either you do both, or you didn't finish your entry" kind of thing. But I'm not sure, so that's not a final answer...
My scanners are ridiculous, yet again neither of them worked at first. But I finally managed to get a good copy of my comic/entry for this contest.
I had a TON of fun drawing this one, I haven't done a comic strip in a long time. I don't know, but for some reason when I thought end/beginning I knew I had to do something star wars. AAaaand this is what I finally came up with. I hope you like it =) I actually took the time to ink and color it this time!
Here's my interpretation of the end...as in the end of that relationship:
