Hmm....imagine if you shot one mini portal in one eye, and another mini one in the other....and then you shot a bullet through one eye....oooh or stuck a flamethrower in that eye!
Or....if you stuck one on the back of your pants...and the toher on the end of the flamethrower - where the flames come out!
wtf...I didn't even see this page when I posted that last comment.I was referring to the entry made by jaza_m on the last page. For a second there I thought I had gotten ninja'd 4 times or something, but no I checked the times and I just assumed that the page before this was the last page or something....its sad but this isn't the first time I have done that either.
OK,after a couple of new ideas popped into my head.I decided to try again with my entry.I decided to make a completely new one which I don't believe I have ever remade my entry for this contest before, but anyways this is my first one using layers, and I thought I would bring back the original WTF face.As a note this is sort of a sequel to my original entry. So enjoy my new official entry
Crimson by the looks of the pepper you use Gimp. This question is totally unrealated how do you make stuff fuzzy like the bear. Nice job i don't quite understand what is going on though.
I actually use Photo Shop, and this time I imported the Bell Pepper.A while back I made the pepper as an image on my computer with a transparent back ground. So using Photo Shop I just dragged and dropped it into my image, and added am adjustment layer to it,to make it a bit brighter. The fur is a bit more complicated to explain.Pretty much what I did was I made a preset in Photo Shop for what is known as the confetti brush in GIMP(which somehow is also in Photo Shop) and added some effects to it.I can't say off the top of my head what they are,but later I could look at it.Although I am not sure how much it could help you if you don't have Photo Shop.
