This is a spin-off of the original GFX Art Battle, but with some updated rules and changes. Please make sure to read the rules before entering, since they have been modified. Good luck, we look forward to seeing some creative artistic entries!
Competition Rules 1. Must be hand drawn, either on paper or in a program. It can then be manipulated in an graphics program. But unoriginal artwork cannot be used as the main focus. Copyrighted images cannot be used. All pieces containing copyrighted images will be disqualified. 2. Submissions must follow the current theme that has been chosen by a moderator for that week. If you submit more than one piece, please clarify which one you would like to be judged. 3. If your image is larger than 600 pixels wide, please provide a link to the image instead of posting it in the forum. Otherwise, the image will be cut off. 4. Artists cannot win in subsequent weeks. You can still submit, but if you won the week before, you cannot get first place again the next week. 5. After the deadline, a moderator will pick the winner, and they will be awarded a 25 AP award.

Okay, that's two blasphemies in a row now. Can I make it three for three!?
In the 50/50 chance event that I will fail to judge the contest today because I have to go out and help organise the Christmas dinner stuff, I will give you all a new theme. It shall obviously be a Christmas theme. Except it's going to have a little twist on it.
Please, everyone just relax. Strop has other things to do. He is having internet problems for one, forgetting to pack something for his computer. Plus he has real life situations to deal with. The best thing to do is just wait. He will judge when he has the time. Until then be patient.
Right now I'm actually kinda stressed out because I honestly don't know when I'm going to be able to judge.
It's not procrastination, it's literally not having two hours to sit down and really focus on the judging. I'm loath to be late but I'd hate to do a slop job.
If I find the time, I swear I'll do it (it HAS to be before XMas, obviously). Until then...have fun with this next theme!
OK,well this one was pretty simple to do,but I had some fun with the fresco effects using the painted regions option on photobucket this time around.I thought it was pretty decent,although I'm sure there's plenty of ways to improve it.Anyways here it is...
