Anyone else here a geocacher? Or heck, has anyone here even heard of it?
It's pretty much the most entertaining outdoor activity I've ever participated in. It is, like the topic says, a high tech treasure hunt. You go to the geocaching website and download GPS coordinates that other users have posted. As of this moment, there are 651,189 geocaches located all over the world. 2,681 in my home state of Alaska, and 382 of those are in North Pole, the town I live in.
If you want more information, you should head on over to www.geocaching.org and check it out. Get out there in the sun and do something geeky.
