I would say spike and fire, Because spike sticks to everything and even if the other person is on fire you can still die by touching the other dude.

Plasma, I have superb aim w/ it. Frag grenades have a very good blast radius, though, as opposed to the adhesive grenades.

it is plasma because when u throw on wall it bounces off

it is fun tho to blind people with plasma gernade in the face =)
