If you want to see some nice riddles, come to my profile and try to answer them, if you can ill give you a prize..it varies every day...you only have one chance also
If you're going to be posting riddles from other websites, or of your own, can you guys please make titles for the riddles? It's hard enough sifting through these posts, then bam, you're hit with '1st riddle answer...', '2nd riddle answer...', etc. It's difficult. Making titles for the riddles makes it easier for responders to answer (all in a post too!)
Good Idea These two still havn't been answered: LAMP RIDDLE:
There is a corridor that leads into an empty room. The room is completely empty except for a lamp in one of the corners. On the other side of the corridor are 3 switches. you know that one of them turns on the lamp, the other 2 don't do anything. You can play around with the switches turning each of them on and off as much as you like, then you can go into the room 1 (one!!) time to check whether the lamp is on or off (there is a door so you cant know without entering the room). Leaving the room, you have to know which of the 3 switches works and which 2 don't.
PENNY RIDDLE:
how many pennies can you put into an empty quart sized piggy bank?
but that wouldn't tell u which switch turned on the lamp and that was what the question was....since no one has answered it and I've dragged it across 3 pages I'll just give away the answer:
turn on the 1st switch and leave it on for 5 minutes
then turn of the 1st switch, turn on the 2nd and run straight into the room:
if the light is on then it's the 2nd, if the light is off, but warm then it is the 1st switch, if te light is off and cold then it is the 3rd switch.
I call this one the insect riddle:
There once was a srange man that loved wordplay, He owned a very important and successful company that made insect shipments to Zoos all across the world. What was the name of his company?
CLUES! 1. the answer is 9 letters long 2. the answer has to do with wordplay 3. the answer has to do with one kind of insect 4. I've already told u the answer.
