I had a feeling about this as well but its already been a day. I've [Necro] ed many threads a few years ago and they were [Necro] ed within the day itself. But since I'm here I say Dialga is better for competitive since it resists more typings and can actually respond to fairy types unlike Palkia. Taking in consideration that legendaries are used in Ubers more often then not there aren't very many Fairy Type legendaries to begin with as it is a relatively new type. Dialga, Palkia and the two fairy legendaries that can be used in Ubers Xerneas and Diancie.
