So I was trying to put together a CD of my all-time favorite songs. But I could only fit 7 songs on the CD. I then realized that the shortest song was 8 min 3 Seconds ("Stairway to Heaven" Led Zeppelin).
It seems all my favorites are really long. November Rain 9 minutes, In the Light 8:46, Kashmir 8:28, American Pie 8:32 just to name a few. These songs are never repetitive, and often have some sweet solos. So I'm on a quest to find a bunch of really long songs. I want people's opinions on what the best songs are that are over 6 minutes or so.
Lol...my average on itunes (yes i calculated it) is 5:40 in song length So i don't consider anything under 10 to be "long"
