Probably means that you tried to comment in the box that is at the bottom of someone's profile's comments. You may not know what I mean, but maybe you will. Also, the person may be banned.
There are small little glitches all over this website, don't worry, they'll get fixed. In the meantime, keep a lookout for them and tell mods if you find any new ones. It's the best you can do to just help out
