There is a + mark at the top of the page. Click that and the game should be faved.

Go to the game you want to be faved and look towards the top right of the page. Click the Heart with the plus.

This should be in the newbie section, but that's ok.
Do as plokkey and the others say, click the red heart with an add sign on top. It should be beside tons of other little symbols
