freewebs. it could use more advanced options but otherwise very good. I've made 3 websites there, you can see them on my page.

Wait I thought you had to pay for weebly, because I tried to make one. But it said I had to pay.
no xoran weebly is completely free no paying or it may be like 60 day free trial i dont know
