mind reading sounds cool, but better than time freeze, time control, so you can reverse it, speed it up , stop it or leave it as normal, so im goin with time control

Humans have superspeed but if you mean superspeed that you can trigger by yourself then yes superspeed but the kind of superspeed that is induced when the time is right is good enough
