not really a waste..just think about it man,people will think "Oh this guy makes alot of games he must be good!" then he ends up having a .5 rating..and if we put people like con on there they more than likely will say "I love his games!"
I don't care whether they are good or not. Many people have gotten #1 on the ranking and you may think the same thing "this guy must be good", but for all you know, he/she spammed.
