Hello everyone. id like to start a thread about the new and old zelda games. which do you guys like most? post here =P. if theres another thread about this (i doubt it) tell me lol. Personally i love the older games. yes worse graphics... but i liked the storyline and all the items.lol im a zelda fan and i have every game(missing 1? 3? lol) ok this is getting long so... WOTE! lol
ocarina of time was great, but slow at the beginning and i love Twilight Princess even tho the graphics were a bit bad. Phantom Hourglass (DS) was good but I couldn't bring myself around to play it again.
The old games have a certain classic feel to them that i like. I resently played the Oracle of ages on for game boy color and it was awesome despite the graph-x but it is still awesome. I alos played Phantom Hourglass. I dont like the gameplay I liked the old A and B butons and not the touch screen but over all i like the old ones better for handhelds.
1. Ocarina of Time - uber long great story of how it all started very hard (i was 7 this was one of my first games)
2. Majoras Mask - Sequel to Ocarina so many masks and 4 transform masks along with the individual musical instruments. Bosses were good
3. Twilight Princess - Good graphics, better horsefighting, a bit of a bother that you have to get to a certain point in the story to transform back. The 2nd boss before Ganon was awesome
4. Windwaker - OK musical instrument. Way to far in the future and why would it be covered in water? Blocky graphics...not very good looking. 1st game where you could pick up the enemy's weapon
yeah lol my fave was ocrina of time, majoras mask was hard but i got thru it here are all the gaames i have for Legend of zelda lol 1-the 2 for GB ages and seasons 2-ocirina of time, majoras mask (nintendo 64) 3-Phantom hour glass (DS) 4-Wind waker
im hoping to get some of the older ones like link to the past and four swords
I enjoyed the two n64 games: Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. MM was my favorite, though, due to the side quests and the well portrayed town. It was awesome.
Ocarina of time was also cool. I liked the dungeons in this game better than MM, and I also liked the setting.
My favourite Zelda game is Ocarina of Time. But if you consider the timeline of when all Zelda games were made, Ocarina of Time is not far from the middle.
