It's obviously another case of a user just signing up on the website, and then ignoring it for a while. Sure the name's pretty ... 'bad' but there are other ghost profiles lying around which are probably worst.
One thing I do like to point out: the user didn't hack. It's a glitch in the feature -- it usually says 38 years ago for almost all inactive users.
