that new 2007 transformers aint the first movie people, it was far far away from being remotely close to half as good as the first 5 minutes of the first movie. the first movie cam out in 1987, exactly 20 years before this one, its true i wasn't around then, ut ive seen it from my dads old VHS tapes. tis movie followed a tv series that rocked, hard. its in my opinion, one of the top 10 greatest tv series ever. when the movie came out, there was a ton of people who had been watching the series for years and years, all exciting, and expecting alot of the movie. no one was dissapointed. i still have the original VHS, watch it every now and then, but compared to the '87 movie, this movie was like...a romantic teen comedy, guest starring crudely redone wannabees of the old transformers, all fancied up with shiny parts and stuff to excite the small children.
