no there isnt..but,you can make a minimum rank club..like only wood knights and above can join.

there is no minimum rank, but its good to be a slightly well known player for it to be a succesful club.

Nope there is not but you might notice more people in higher ranks because they might be more popular.

I think that clubs that have ranks,like some free rider 2 clubs should have a certian rank like knight or higer by thew way eddie13 explained,and non-rank clubs is open to everyone.

No, you can make a club whenever you want, if you're well known, more people will join most likely.
