From what I've been hearing this is confirmed, though I heard from no OFFICIAL sources about this.

However, I heard about it from trustworthy people/things.

I for one like Metroid Prime 1, first Metroid game I've played.

While I'm not a fan, I thought this was neat, I might get them.

I'm a fan of the metroid series in general. It gets good on the metroid prime 2, you should get that one instead of the first. From what I hear, it's harder, better gameplay, and has 2 of the most awesome game villians, the ING, and then DARK SAMUS (fear teh epicness ). Then metroid prime 3 is just plain pure actioness of AWESOME. Best dang games I've ever played, made me love the series.
