Yes, Halo 4 is currently going to come out Somewhere near less a year or more.

I hope they will make a new one. It would be cool to see it out in stores.

There is no Halo 4 currently in production, Bungie is working on other things like Halo wars and possibly a movie (though I don't know if it will ever come out).
