SO i was on facebook and saw a grope and looked at it. And there was this man in like Brazil or some where like that. and he founed a dog on the streets took him in and STAVED HIM TO DEATH and took pic's of it dieing and won a awored. TELL ME IF THATS WORNG? PLZ

Its being done on purpose. I rather just answer that by stating that morality cannot be put as a universal law and that there are many faults when we try to do so.
I have to argue with you. I would most definitely say my pets have a life. They have their own little personalities and scream quite loud when it's feeding time.
I have given both of my cats, personalities. But when they are screaming for their food, they are just reacting to their environment. I bet their whole life, they have been given food. If they don't get it, then they will find some or whine, but since we are talking about domesticated animals, they will just whine.
In what way did the animal die? Was is starved after the person brought it in? I think that abuse to animals is wrong! Where I live, the punishments for abuse of an animal are steeper than for humans. For example, someone gets arrested for beating his kid, he gets 5yrs in prison. BUT if you leave your dog in a car at ANY time, you get 25-life! It's a felony here. I am a champion for animal photography in 4-H, but I don't like it when animals are harmed for the sake of art!
According to articles the dog was a starving stray found in a poor neighborhood. Anything else is a mix of this and that that's not really clear: The dog was fed. The dog wasn't fed. The dog didn't want to eat and would've died on the streets anyway. The dog escaped in day. The dog died in a day.
If it's not a hoax, then this has blown out of proportions.
Hmm... well dogs do live out a simpler life and cannot understand/communicate/relate with us in the same way other humans do. So I guess their pain is okay, right? (sarcasm intended.)
death is not art. death is terrible. thats horrible, ive never met a dog, (pitbulls aside) that havent loved everyone thats horrible, he should be in jail for life
no the guy dident feed it AND THE WORSE PART IS that he let people in to see the dog like die SO i founed out the GET READY................................. HE WENT TO JAIL
So, he starves the dog to death just for art. Some artists are just plain crazy. I don't care how important art is to you in your own twisted mind, it isn't worth the life of a dog, an animal so close to our society. But the larger question is who would reward this?
