Okay, I saw a bunch of people who post on warlord Heroes comments and say ''Did anyone beat this game?!'', I did, and it's not hard at all. I'll tell you some tips about this game. You can add some of yours too!
First of all, want your start an episode whit a new character, don't spend any money for the 3 first days. Then, by the strongest (most expensives) fighting upgrades. Don't by any of kick upgrades.. It's useless and you won't need it at all. Then, you'll have to hire 2 henchmens. DON'T put any money on mages or swordsman. Only hire spearman. They cost only 25$, have a better range, they make ..good.. dommage, and they are pretty though, if you know how to play whit them. After that, you can play for a while whitout buying any upgrades. Wait to have enough money to get the Helmet OR the mithril armor, which is very usefull whit prince aldon (He dont have alot of range). Then, by all the other lil upgrades, except the one that gives you higher jump. Fast walking upgrade is one of the most usefull.
Ok, now lets talk about henchmens. If you play, as I told you, whit 2 spearman, never let them alone whit an enemy, except if it is a bandit/archer. It means that you have to wait them from time to time to see if there's enemy coming by back. Don't forget that whit the armor upgrades, you take like 30% of the dommage that your henchmens will get, so you have to defend them well. In an episode, I usually don't have to buy more then 4-5 spearman, so you wont spend to much mone on them. Also, don't forget to buy some extra lifes. It's very important when you're trying to beat a boss.
Finally, I would say that the best character to use in the last quest is Prince Aldon (the guy of the second episode). He though, have great fighting moves, and hard attack. The orc is probally the worst one you can take. To beat the big demon, you have to keep at least one henchman alive. Usually, the whirler will survive until the demon is at half life or.. died.
So good luck in this awesome game! I hope I helped you a lil (even if im spelling a lil weird XD)
Orc is good, but slow. You can beat the demon whit him, of course, but it's not the one that I prefer. I would say that you have to play whit the one that you the best. Personally, i think Prince Aldon if though and has nice fighting move. The whirler is quite good too. Fast attack, but a lil weak. About the orc.. well he looks like taking more dommage that the other character. So he die faster and has very slow attacks. However, He makes nice dommages..
@ pazx,
Kick can be good, but i dont play whit them. Usually, when there's an archer, I wait that he load an arrow, then jump over it and kill him while im jumping over him. It always depend of the way you play the game. Personnaly, I didn't need to use kick, so it is useless to buy them..

felix, what a great guide! help me a lot in warlords heroes, i appreciate it =) especially with the spearmen thing of course they're cheap but as you said they're pretty tough.
and i agree with you that prince aldon is better, he doesn't die as easy as the others, and hes got good damage and good speed. With Prince Aldon, do you agree you should get the fighting move how you can chop off their heads first?
at my opinion, the best attack is the first one (forward moving attack I think) and the one that I dislike the most is Shield Charge.. even if it's one of the most expensive, it's slow and frustrating when you're rushing a level because it is very slow.. It's a defense move, and you don't have to play to much defensively whit him because most of the time, he kills the enemys one shot
