I looked here to see if a mod would lock it, I thought that it was a futile attempt at getting views, but I looked and saw that it was a much needed thread. This should go in the rules that way newcomers always see it.

I never knew mods could act, lol.

And really? Mods cry when there are all caps titles and posts? I ought to start making those! Lol, jk.

Once, when commenting, I wanted to be weird so I left one letter in my posts that was not capitalized...guess that didn't work.

I don't think I've done all caps in the forums before though...
