Goku would easily win. All he needs to do is a Kamehameha or a spirit bomb attack and the battle's done. Vegeta and Ironman, again, Ironman loses. Gogeta(fusion of Goku and Vegeta) wins over Ironman, and could easily destroy the galaxy in ssj4 Gogeta, with a flick of his wrist.
