Normally when you think of the strongest world leader you think of who has the most power politically not in this case. In this case I/m talking about the strongest physical world leader. Personally I'd have to go w/ Vladimir Phutan, prime minister ( he's basically stll running the country) of Russia because he does Judo, so what do you think. *( Oh, and it doesn't have to be a country's leader could be a senator,symbolic monarch, etc.
Mussolini or Hitler.. Mussolini made facism... Hitler copied. Hitler was the strongest due to his intelligience... Im sry but he was the one who got half way to the cure of cancer (although to the horrible torturing he made jews endure in order to do this). He also could get thousands of people to come to his rallies. And btw to ppl who cant beleive he voted him in, it would be like this in present day. It would be like either obama or mccain telling the public all the good things they will do for the country. So of course the country votes him and and they are happy. And since he wins a majority he can do wat ever he likes. So he says that all other parties in the government are illegal. After that he says anyone not obeying his rules will be killed. Then he tells the country his beleifs, and now you have a facist state. This is exactly wat hitler did. Except kind of in a different way, and in a way which made the citizens think he was doing the right think... or indoctrination.
