Strop (who is one of the moderators) have had this little feud with on of the users, kingryan. I can't remember exactly how it started, but the jokes about bogans (an Australian term for hillbilly, I think) continues.
Thus there are a bunch of bogan related jokes in the art forum, and... Well yes, it's kind of a big insider joke, I guess
