Why do people eat meat? I mean your eating an animal that has had its fur skinned off insides taken out(sometimes not) and once had heartbeat! what up with that?
One of my best friends is a vegetarian. She doesn't take supplements to make up for the lack of necessary vitamins coming into her body, so her immune system is shot, and when she gets sick, she gets sick for long periods of time. So, if you are going to be a vegetarian, at least be smart about it I guess.
Well, supposedly all the vitamins and minerals in fruits and vegetables is supposed to be better for you, but it looks like that didn't turn out as good as she hoped... =(
Well, like I said, she isn't smart about it...She doesn't have a balanced diet. Mostly sweets and pasta haha. I think that would make for a bad immune system.
Meat is healthy and so are vegetables, we need both for a balanced diet, also you claim that we eating animals is wrong, but would you say that a coyote eating a rabbit is wrong? It is all the same, animals eat each other, humans are animals so it makes sense that we eat animals.
hmmm...yeah, Cenere's right, this has pretty much turned into a duplicate thread. Head on over to the "New Research about being a vegetarian" and you'll get much of the same, so might as well carry it on there.
