The worst part of being replaced is that he was going to have a major part in Iron Man 2. If you watched the movie, you would have seen him foreshadowing becoming War Machine when Stark was fighting the villain. Your comments on the topic?
I think it was not really a good move. Not only does it look bad to the public, but it also looks back to Terrence Howard. If you read the interview, you also read that Howard said that as a child he would not fight back even when he knew he could win. Applying that to this situation is one of the best things he could do because it makes them look even worse.

Howard said as a kid that he grew up in a pretty tough neighborhood where other kids would start stuff with him. He said back then, he would not fight back at all even when he knew he could win. He also said that he was applying the same philosophy to this situation by not throwing a huge fit about being replaced by Don Cheadle
