Neo-nazis are a reality. I am not sure if they actually hold power all together, really, but they do exist. Some places they are forbinden to unite in demostrations and the like, other places they are not.

Well if you understand what's racism then don't say Whites because not all White people are racist and that's the same for every race/color not everyone is racist
