Sounds idiotic to sue them for something that happens to all Xbox360 owners. And plus the fact that you can get your 360 replaced for free just doesn't help their case.
I got the ring of death not too long ago. I just emailed the support team, they sent me a mailer label, and I sen it in. about three weeks later, I got a brand- ass new one!
lol bungie was bought by microsoft..... they were the ones who thought of the halo series, and it was gonna be made for pc before xbox... Until microsoft bought em, and then took there idea for themselves... Halo was meant for computer, its way btr... Ya i dont know why people say ps3 has worse games than xbox 360... the only rlly good game that xbox has that ps3 doesn't is Gears of war 2.
