Make sure that if you are a parent, or older sibling, that you keep an eye on young children. People say that Halloween is the high time for sex offenders. This is just a warning: All registered sex offenders have to put signs on their doors saying, "No candy at this residence". They are to be in their houses at 5:00pm on Halloween, and they can't have any outside lights on. If you see a house with this sign, stay away.

There's only been one case of a child being murdered on Halloween, I believe. And he was set up by his own father with a poisoned pixie stick, in order to cash in on a $250,000 insurance policy he had set up.

That's not everyone in the country. My city had trick or treating yesterday. Many places don't even do trick or treating on Halloween. So they may be place specific to where you live.

It's pretty bad, children and their parents just trying to enjoy themselves and they have to worry about the people that follow them down the alleys and stuff, and poisoned candy, can't forget the poison =(
