I'm not much of a Metallica fan, but these songs are basically the only ones I listen to on a regular basis, so its hard for me to pick. I would have to go with Enter Sandman, though.

Depends on the mood: "Enter Sandman" is more mellow, though "Master of Puppets" is pretty nice to play along with "air guitar"!
