I thought that waffles/pancakes taste great with syrup. According to my consumption guide (stored in my brain), syrup is always good with pancakes and waffles.

i like pankakes better but it depends where it is from i like them beter from i hop but i like my moms waffles

that's tough, if it is pancakes from my mom or dad (not runny or liquidy big and thick!) then pancakes... if it is from some restaurant then i'd choose waffles
