People who don't know. The game is being developed by Bethseda which also made The Elder Scrolls IV : Oblivion. The World in Fallout 3 is ravaged by a nuclear war. You are one of the many survivors across the American Wasteland (It's set near Washington DC).
The World in Fallout 3 is smaller than Oblivion's but it is more in-depth. There are SUPPOSEDELY no transport. But as someone said when you begin the game there's an 50's style ad saying something about a horse made of metal running on electricity.
This is a top candidate for the best game of 2008. For me it surely will be.
