Proposal #2 says that it will experiment on child embroils the embroils will be taken from wemon planning on getting abortions and will be used to try to cure dieses like cancer,HIV,and maybe even AID's
Bad SIDE:
They say the money won't be taken from taxes when it really will and the taxes for it will be about 400,000$-1 Billion$ a month which now in these time we really cant afford.

Tell me do you want proposal 2 to go through or not,is it for the better or the worse,is it good or is it bad,in your opinion is it worth it or too huge of a chance to waste if it doesn't go as planned.
Preposal 2 is for the human embryonic research to be funded federally. And yes, we do need this, because it can treat maaaaaaannny diseases, including cancer. Which one of my aunts died from, and diabetes, which my grandma and other aunt has.
