There was a poll that said 82% of the people said that Biden was qualified, 12% said that Palin was qualified. The remaining percent was undecided.

Wow. Since Dubya is leaving the white house with America in shambles I don't see how anyone, except for maybe Palin, could do a worse job then Bush has done.
