I'm not the craziest Halo fan or even into Halo that much but I heard there was a Halo movie coming out soon. Is this true? and is it animated or like real people?
Halo the movie is partially animated, it's based on before the spartans were killed-off. The only reason Bungie is making this is because they have a huge chunk of story-line they can build off of, and they have the money. Many people online, or in real life say that they "ostponed" it, or stopped making it... I've seen the trailer, and it seems like a lot of trouble to make that, and release information about it, and then just stop. The people at Bungie are most likely releasing the movie within a 2 year period. I don't think it's that much to get exited over, but i wouldn't give my hopes up on it, it seems interesting to look into. If the movie did come out though, I would definitely go to see it.
I have heard it is set to be released into theaters november 22 2009. But im not sure all i know is it looked killer(no pun intended)! I Thought a real master cheif would look really stupid but he looks cool!
A halo movie probably wouldn't be that good. I would be surprised if it was good, and wouldn't be mostly shooting and no talking anyways? Even if its Halo it still isn't gonna be that good. Maybe if the graphics looked a little bit more realistic than in Halo 3 than i would be impressed, and there was more explosions, then i would be interested a bit.
Sadly most of the game-to-movie concepts just suck. Game is awesome, but somehow they manage to make the movie suck beyong comparison.
Even so, I do hope they continue with it... if Bungie is in on it themselves, perhaps that will do the movie some good. I never lose the hope of a great game movie.
