Wow, I'm surprised that nobody has said Two and a Half Men, or The Big Bang Theory, those are my favorites but I also like Scrubs and Mythbusters, those are some of the best.

i love south park though it seems every season it gets worse as in grosser and more offending to others but it is a great show
