I like to sleep, but I have had a hard time doing so lately. I've been only getting some 5 hours or so, when I should be getting 9, since I go to bed at 11 on weekdays. I try to sleep, but then I can't, here's my breakdown:
I go and lay down on the bed. But then all of a sudden, I start getting a Dragonforce song in my head, and I start moving my toes in the beat. I constantly do that, force myself to stop, lay there and try to close my eyes and sleep, and it's all of a sudden 12:00 AM. I somehow get to sleep, but the next time I wake up is 4:00 AM, then I'm like "crap, three more hours and I gotta get to college..", then I sleep for the rest of the time, then wake up miserable, like I didn't even sleep yet. I don't need extra hours of sleep, because I already tried. Maybe I need some sort of sleeping medication?
