Sup guys, I am currently typing on the family computer. My computer has a virus of some sort. Firstly, when I start up my computer it is well and fine. Then BOOM! After the windows loading screen a blue screen appears with the message
STOP: c0000218 Unknown Hard Error Unknown Hard Error
. My keyboard is completely nonfunctional, and the only option is to manually turn off the computer. Once I restart it, the computer asks me to go to safe mode. So i choose safe mode with networking. I can get into my system, but some options are cut off and there is no audio. Please help ASAP. Thank you!
