As you can see i completed this game. it took me 10 minutes.

Here is how you them

Hypersleep:Sedate your patient 3 times or more.
Near -Death:Pass the surgery with 10% health or lower.
Rewind:Retry a level you recently failed.
Credited:Pass the game and see entire credits.(Not too long)
Ester Egg:This can be located at the bottom right corner of the game.

Must be for the gore? I know ow you fell but it's a pretty good game man.

the ticks?? just pick them and put them to the container. i figured that out 5 seconds when i first saw it. at all about 5 minutes of gameplay! it is easy though
But... That's what I tried to do! D: It wouldn't let me pick them up... Which means I couldn't complete the game... Glitch, I guess...
I'll go back and try again, now that I know I'm trying the right thing.
You see the white line around the metal piece? What you have to do is really simple. I suggest to sedate your patient about 4 times before doing so.
That particular one you posted an image off - I completed that with only two sedates. :P

Nope, not too disgusting. But the sudden screams shocked me a few times...

Am I the only one thinking that the easter egg code could be used for something in a possible Dark Cut 4?

To remove ticks, you have to click, hold, and drag away really hard, like snapping the foot back into that lady. Then, place them on trays, and in the easter egg, there is a number it tells you to remember,

29121?? I have no idea what it means..

OK EVERYONE

This code was puzzling me and anoying me FOR DAYS!

ad i was trying to think where Ive heard it before, I asked my house mates if they knew it and some girl whos studying BioChemistry said she recognised is and looked it up in her notes

29121 is the Gene ID for hunan species.

its the number assigned to the structure of out gene make-up basically.
