You are not a mod... So you can't make that sentence... But yes, this should be reported for locking. Because as fst6 said, we are not allowed to make threads about specific members.
P.S. I think he just kind of had enough of everything... Being #1 brings a lot of attention that may not always be wanted... But you can still talk to him in the forums.
